We are a fun, vibrant and energetic team looking for a new General Manager.
General Manager at Island Poke:
You will be a true ambassador! Working closely with the Ops Manager and HR Manager, you will be responsible for the effective running of the restaurant including:
-Leading shifts & delivering a unique brand of 'Aloha' service at all times
-Maintaining back office (keeping on top of all admin e.g. rotas, ordering, reviews, reports)
-Overseeing food and drinks quality
-Bringing in new customers & dealing with any complaints
-Developing innovative ways to drive sales
-Preparing flash reports and ensuring KPIs are met to report at weekly meetings
-Ensuring compliance with all Health & Food Safety and security procedures (e.g. cash handling and stock control)
-Managing the recruitment strategy & overseeing team performance
-Keeping your team motivated, engaged and happy!
Approx 45 hours per week

A Hawaiian grab-and-go restaurant, serving poke (a deconstructed sushi), Island Poke is bringing the ‘Island style’ to London. We’ve opened 6 sites in under 2 years - Soho, Broadgate Circle, Canary Wharf , Great Titchfield Street, Bow Lane and Shoreditch.
